It is sunny. - Сонячно.
The sun is shining brightly. - Сонце яскраво світить.
It is rainy. - Дощитиме.
It is cloudy. - Хмарно.
It is overcast. - Затягнуто хмарами.
It is stormy. - Штормить.
There's a chance of thunderstorms. - Є ймовірність грози.
