Я из тех людей, Которые любят жизнь и интересуются практически всем понемногу :) Кошки - моя давняя и постоянная любовь! А еще - спорт и активный образ жизни (бег, аэробика, ролики, велосипед, второй год подряд пытаюсь постичь премудрости парусного спорта). Кроме того, итальянский язык, путешествия, хорошие книги ( "хорошие" - это те, за чтение которых мечтаешь взяться, как только закончишь работу, учебу и др., а взявшись, не замечаешь ни времени, ни событий, происходящих вокруг), фильмы в кругу семьи или друзей, вечеринки, выставки, фото .... Боюсь, места НЕ хватит перечислять :)

Как попала в Грин Форест и как долго уже преподаешь?
В школе английского Грин Форесте я работаю с 2005 года и начинала с проекта YAPPI, как преподаватель бизнес-английского. Я пришла по объявлению в том, что нужны преподаватели для работы с группами (до этого я преподавала индивидуально или для 3-4 человек одновременно). Вот и решила попробовать для себя что-то новое. До сих пор это ощущение новизны не пропадает, потому что работа преподавателя - это, прежде всего, творчество!

Почему выбрала именно эту тему?
Выбор темы НЕ случаен. Жизнь наполнена разными цветами в каждом своем дне. Все дело только в том, чтоб разглядеть их и почувствовать. Просто оглянуться вокруг, остановитсья на бегу, ощутить дыхание времени года и понять, в какой цвет окрашено Ваше сегодняшнее настроение. Или же, в какой цвет Вы хотели бы его окрасить, что хотели бы привлечь в свою жизнь именно сегодня. Об этом мой сюжет в "I Talk".

Why has a woman in red always been considered noticeable by men?
Why do people prefer wearing white in summer?
Why is a little black dress been always thought  to be “a rule of fashion” that every woman should keep?
Don’t you agree that rainbow colours have really magic combination?

Colours do have their magic. And their power.

Let’s talk about the colors of the rainbow.  Do you remember them? Can you name them quickly? I think, I can help you:

“Richard Of York Gave Battle In Vein”

Where R stands for RED, O – ORANGE,  Y – YELLOW, G – GREEN, B – BLUE, I – INDIGO (or dark blue) and  V – VIOLET.

Well, if you want increased enthusiasm and interest, energy, action and confidence to go after your dreams put some RED in your life. RED is also considered to be the colour of  blood and passion. 

ORANGE color is strongly associated with sun warmth. It also stimulates  creativity. People who like orange are usually thoughtful and sincere because orange also means vitality .  Put something orange on a dull and rainy day and you will realize that people are attracted by your cheerfulness!

Like the energy of a bright sunny day, YELLOW brings clarity and awareness. Clean light yellow clears the mind, making it active and alert. Put some yellow in your life when you want:
•    sharper memory and concentration skills
•    confidence in decision-making
•    relief from 'burnout', panic and exhaustion

GREEN contains the powerful energies of, health, growth, nature desire to expand or increase. If  you want:
•    a new state of balance
•    feel a need for change or growth
•    freedom to pursue new ideas let green dominate in your clothes or be surrounded by this color.
Green gemstones (emerald, malachite or jade) are used to attract money, prosperity and wealth.

BLUE is the coolest color - the color of the sky, ocean, sleep, twilight. Turquoise blue is the symbol of youth and the colour of communication. Turquoise has long been used in amulets to provide protection, health, confidence and strength.
If you want:
•    calm and relaxation
•    solitude and peace
put something blue on or wear blue gemstones like aquamarine, turquoise, blue quartz.

INDIGO symbolizes a mystical borderland of wisdom, self-mastery and spiritual realization. While blue is the color of communication with others, indigo turns the blue inward, to increase personal thought and instant understandings. .
Indigo gives the possibility:
•    to focus on personal issues
•    to develop intuition
•    to step outside of everyday life for a new and interesting way 
Indigo gemstones are used as a guide to cosmic knowledge. Sapphire is really magic in its depth of indigo.

And finally – VIOLET. It’s the color of purpose, imagination and inspiration. Dominating violet will allow:
•    to use your imagination to its fullest
•    to re-balance your life
•    to remove obstacles
Violet gemstones are associated with mysticism and purification. They are used for meditation and to sharpen psychic awareness. Amethyst is a deserving example.
